Damon Dash aka “Chatty Patty” has recently lost custody of his two children with fashion designer Rachel Roy. Dash’s daughters 15-year-old Ava and 6-year-old Tallulah are now in the sole custody of their mother because Dame did not show up for the hearing, so the judge sided with Rachel and Dame only get supervised visits.
According to TMZ, the former couple accused each other of being an unfit parents, Dame claimed she drove drunk with one of the girls and threatened him with a knife, while Rachel claims he smokes weed in front of their children.
Dame Dash and Rachel Roy got married in 2005 and then filed for divorce in 2009, due to his financial troubles, which put a strain on their marriage. For whatever reason, the judge felt the need to issue a three-year protective order for Roy which forbids Dash from being around her.
