According to TMZ, singer songwriter The Dream has been charged with 2 felonies that include assault and strangulation. He was also booked for 3 misdemeanors, which includes assault, reckless endangerment, and child endangerment.
These charges stem from an alleged attack on the mother of his child, Lydia Nam, back in April of 2013. According to sources, The Dream turned himself in this morning to an NYPD precinct after being wanted for questioning as a result of the alleged assault. The Dream is still custody.
