It’s been rumored that Nicki Minaj has become somewhat of a diva on the American Idol show. Her fight with co-host Mariah Carey didn’t help her cause any. Well, footage of Nicki backstage backstage show that her attitude can be a bit much to handle. I can’t blame her though. She’s not really a singer, yet she’s the judge of a show that’s supposed to find the best vocal talent in the country. That has to be a lot of pressure. You have people like Keith Urban and Mariah Carey as your co-hosts who can actually sing. Nicki must feel like she has to prove herself everyday and that’s not something she has to do in the hip-hop world where her rep is already solidified.
Anyway, I hope she does well on the show this year and can calm down some.
