This guy took his love for “Facebook” to another level! Around 4:30am on Sunday when Police showed up at the Hadley home in Port Saint Lucie, FL in response to an anonymous tip that 17-year-old Tyler Hadley had murdered his parents just hours before.

Upon arriving, police found signs of an obvious party “beer cups lying around the house” and a “nervous and panicky” Tyler, said Police Capt. Don Kryak.

His parents, Mary Jo and Blake Hadley were found buried under common household items including files and books in their bedroom and the 22-inch framing hammer Tyler used to strike them on their heads and torsos laying between them.

Earlier that day Tyler sent out Facebook invitations to his friends for a party he was planning. At about 10pm 40 to 60 of them showed up. They laughed, drank and had a good time all while his parents lay dead in the master bedroom of their home.

Police believe Tyler acted on his own while family members, neighbors and friends are all still shocked that the whole thing even happened.

“We don’t understand this at all — we never expected anything like this,” said Maurice Hadley, Blake’s father.

A motive is unclear but Tyler has been charged with first-degree murder and will likely go to trial as an adult.

He is being held without bail.
