On a day where most stoners are content with hanging around and smoking more pot than their lungs can handle rap star Lil Wayne is out inking deals and dropping music videos.
Weezy has teamed up with WeedMaps, an app designed to help users locate nearby medical marijuana dispensaries. And in celebration of the new deal Wayne also dropped a new video for the song “Hollyweezy” off of Sorry for the Wait 2. It’s no secret that Lil Wayne is an advocate for the legalization of marijuana so the partnership makes sense other than just being a great move to get even more views on his new video.
It was only right that the new music video dropped at 4:20 on the most official, unofficial National Weed Day.
