‘Make It Nasty’ is the music video that just will not go away for Tyga. Ever since it was shot back in 2011, lawsuits just seem to find the California rapper. One of the models, Allison Brown, is filing more court papers for not receiving her settlement in full.
Earlier this year Brown settled for $50,000 dollars where she received half the payment in February and expected the rest shortly thereafter. Well Tyga has not paid up fast enough for Brown and she wants her $25,000 dollars ASAP. She also demands that he pays a financial penalty for his tardiness.
The original lawsuit came when she appeared topless in the videos final cut, apparently without permission. She also claims sexual assault as she allegedly was groped by Tyga’s people while they made sure she was heavily intoxicated.
Lesson of the Day: A settlement is not a settlement until it is settled. Time to pay up homie!
