Move over Nicki Minaj and the rest of you female rappers, Serena Williams just announced that she will be spitting some fire in a neighborhood near you soon. That’s right tennis superstar Serena Williams will be putting her racket aside and picking up a microphone and as TMZ recently reported, Williams will be launching her rap career.
Clearly she is not worried about making a ton of money in this new endeavor however her love for hip hop has been apparent for many years. She even dated Chicago born rapper Common several years ago so we don’t know if he was one of the people who gave her the inspiration to take this musical route.
