Wale

I have to admit that I haven’t really given Wale‘s music a chance. Everytime I look at him I see someone whos about to ask me for change on the subway, or someone trying to sell me their CD out of their trunk. Well, looks like his day has finally come. No more begging and no more hustling because the DC rapper who is now signed to Rick Ross’ Maybach Music label was surrounded by fans 7 celbrity friends at his concert in NYC last night.

J. Cole, Fabolous, Jim Jones and others came out to show the 27 year old MC their support. I’m actually happy for him. For a long time Wale was the underdog who couldn’t catch a deal. Its nice to see how far he’s come with some of hip hop’s veterans by his side. Peep more pics from the party below!
