Trey Songz Accused of Getting It On With A 15 Year Old Girl (On stage)

According our friends over at Mediatakeout.com, R & B singer Treyz Songz may have to do a lot explaining to the parents of a rumored 15 year old who was kissed in the mouth at his performance at Hot 97 Summer Jam concert recently. Akon had a similar problem a couple a years ago with a minor who had apparently came to the concert without her parent’s consent.

Akon claimed he didn’t know the girl was under age prior to him performing some sexual moves on her which later prompted him to pen a song called Sorry essentially apologizing to her.

Who responsibility was it to ask the girl her age before she got on stage? Shouldn’t this been covered in his rehearsal prior to his performance? Whatever the case, we doubt if a minor could legally give consent to Trey Songz to be felt up on in the first place.

Let’s hope for Trey Songz this is proven to be false because if the family pursues criminal charges against the r & b sensation and there is a conviction he might have to be listed as a sexual predator.
