Diddy & Jay-Z Top Forbes Cash Kings List

Forbes magazine released their ‘Cash Kings’ 2011 list yesterday revealing hip hop’s top earners. Topping the list  are Jay-Z, Diddy, and Kanye West… why are we not surprised?

Fresh off of the digital release of Watch the Throne, I’m sure Jay is sitting on cloud 9 right now after being on the Forbes’ top hip hop earners list for the fourth time in the last five years and snagging the #1 spot for the third consecutive year, bringing in $37 million. Right behind him is the other Sean, Diddy that is, with $36 million.

Rounding out the top five is Jay’s right hand, Kanye West, with $16 million; and Lil Wayne and Birdman tying at $15 million. Check out the full list below and congratulations to the first female rapper to ever make the Cash Kings list…. Nicki Minaj who bought in $6 million.
